Hello all, my name is Becky Heiner and I am in the beginning steps of my life long desire to make old homes beautiful again.  My cousin and I have formed our llc and I am learning all the background information I can to make this business a lasting success.  He has flipped houses before in the Chicago area before the market crash.  We have no problem going slow to do this right, but are excited to get started!  Any contacts we can make with experts willing to periodically answer questions and give guidance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
