Texas is a non-disclosure state. Zillow and similar sites will be worthless for comps here in Texas. If I'm near a comp, I'll have solid comps back to you within 15min. I'm different than 95% of Realtors in that, I work with investors and wholesalers(bird dogs) on a daily basis. If your comps and rehab is solid, we will buy everything you have

I  can run comps for you.

I work with an acquisition company and won't BS your comps. Solid comps will make your name in wholesaling more reputable. 

On a side note, where are these properties? We buy all homes at an 83% LTV
