Help with getting Comps
I looked at a couple properties this weekend that I am planning to wholesale. But I am not a licensed realtor, so what are my options for getting comps on these properties? I am brand new to the industry in the Dallas Fort worth area. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Denny, I hate to say it. But you are absolutely right about realtors. As one myself, I can't tell you how many times I've run comps for an investor only to never hear from them again. It's simply not worth a realtor's time to do the leg work only to have the investor disappear with the info.
My suggest is to create a relationship with a realtor where they benefit from the work. Having a a good agent on your side can be very beneficial.
Let me know if I can help.
