Unfortunately Texas is a non-disclosure state which means the only reliable comps are from a realtor. I've "heard" that the website propellio can do it but don't quote me, plus it's a subscription based site. I have zero issues with providing free comps to anyone

Works awesome. Word it right and get the calls rolling. Last mailing found me a 7 unit condo portfolio worth $3.8m. Now I've got the problem of finding a buyer for it :)
