What auto dialer service are you using?

What service are you using to send out those automatic voice mails and text? Are you buying their lists or building your own?  We've been working to build some organic lists and I'm about to feed them to a skip trace service to get the emails and phone numbers. I was thinking about doing some phone and email automation with those.  What's your opinion on the auto dialers?
