You really do have to have a separate account for your business and then  you would write yourself a check to get paid.

If your zoning worked for this it might be great idea.  I haven't personally done it but we have a neighbor who sold the side yard as a lot for a home to be built and used the funds to build his garage.

I kind of like Junk Boss for junk clean out.  Not the cheapest but responsible and efficient and they just make the stuff go away which is all I want some days.

@Chris Hosmer and @Charles Richardson - welcome to Oklahoma City investing.  It's a great community.  Feel free to reach out if you just want to talk real estate.  Best to both of you.

Welcome from a fellow Oklahoma investor.  As others have said, there are a variety of meet-ups or you can ping us personally, we're a pretty friendly state. I'm not actually aware of any February meet-ups in the time frame you are referencing, they are mostly later in the month.  Lots of product selling going on but there are some great 'no-sales' meet-ups as well.

Best wishes to you.

You REALLY want an Oklahoma lawyer for your first tax sale.  Shouldn't be terribly expensive and once you've learned, you can move forward on your own.  PM me if you'd like a referral.

My understanding is that it is two per bedroom but if they have more kids after they move in you can't terminate the lease.  You can double check with the city. We do, by policy, limit it to two per. Best wishes to you.

@Joshua Juoni - they will often be posted here at BP under the "events" tab at top, I think you can look by state.  You can also search for @Paul Choate and @JJ Gritts - they both run meet-ups.  The last part of the month is  busy here in Oklahoma City.
