2019 will be the year I begin building a real estate portfolio. I am currently in the coaching and networking stage as I begin this journey. I’m looking for cash flow, so rental property is my target this year. I am looking for property in Oklahoma City. The Brrr strategy is very intriguing in starting out this journey. I’d like to ask for any and all advice on getting started. Advice on finding deals, evaluating a deal (I’ve used the BP calculator only once), other tools to calculate rehab costs, financing a deal once evaluated, partners, contractors, and any other advice you may have for me. Thank you for your time! I’m looking forward to learning and growing this year.
