Hello everyone! I manage over 100 properties in Oklahoma City, something I consistently struggle with is finding a good and efficient cleaner! So many are either very pricy (in my opinion) or they don’t grasp the needs of a make ready/show ready cleaning... its very different from cleaning an occupied home.

Suggestions on cleaners or cleaning companies in the metro area?

I need someone I can trust, that is fast, precise, and can follow directions!

Also, do you all struggle with the same issue?

welcome to the party.  we manage 1000 doors and see the same issue,  it does get a little better with size but everyone across the board struggles to find good help and keep them.
