How to pay yourself as a landlord with no LLC?

James Orellana
Posted

Hi all,

New to this so bear with me if any questions are obvious. I was wondering how do you pay yourself as a landlord with no LLC? After reading some Bigger Pockets intro books and it states no matter what I want a separate checking and savings account even if I don't form an LLC. Is it a simple as transfering money from one account to another? (I know good bookkeeping is a must in any situation)

Thank you!
