It's extremely frustrating because I know if i can actually speak to the Property Owners i can get a few of these properties under Contract.

@J. Lancaster to find who owns the property go to SDAT (State department of Assessments and Taxation) It's easy to Google.

To find where they are and a number for them just Google people search. Lots of sites will come up. Many will claim to be free but they just refer you to a pay site. I have used PrivateEye.com and findTheSeller.com with success. I currently use an expensive subscription service but even that may not get the phone number. It often means calling friends relative s and neighbors to get in touch. It takes work but can be very lucrative.

What you are doing is known as a Skip trace. you can search for that too. For the really tough ones you can use a private investigator. Probably $50+ to find someone that way. Good luck - Ned
