This is my second time posting this question PLEASE HELP ! Does anyone have experience using 1-4 Family & multi-family Modular "prefab" Homes anywhere in general & in NYC, in particular?

Does anyone on BP have any experience using Prefab Multi-Families as new construction? Would anyone be nice enough to briefly explain the Pro's & Con's or any cavaets to be aware of? Can you recommend a reputable company that services the NYC area?

@J. Lancaster I have done a lot of research into buying these types of homes and while I cannot recommend one from personal experience I do know there are companies in PA that specialize in modular multi family homes.
