 You're missing a couple 00's bro.

Not at all....

3% increase on a $310,000 house is $10333 it's really not that big of a deal. You have 3 options. Stop building, have less of a margin or increase the sales price. I chose to increase the sales price and people still buy within 14 days of listing.

ive got 4 houses being built right now and all are under contract.

Rich dad's idea isn't wrong.... You just don't have enough income.

The only solution is to get more income.

Are you looking to buy an investment property?

Are you building to sell or building to keep?

smaller banks might let you owner build but unlikely u less you have a general contractor license. Also your city permitting might not let you do the following trades without appropriate licenses; electric, plumbing, HVAC, general contractor.

If you are going to be late fine... pay the late fees, but sending in bad checks and the chase... that is a waste of my time.

Totally agree. I would just have a talk with them and change the date and then never accept checks from them again.

😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂

They don't complain when they get that income tax check from.the "skimmers"
