Newbie with financing issues
So as a proponent of Rich Dad's company advice, I run all my expenses through my company to show as little taxable income as possible. However, as you can imagine, this make it hell to get any kind traditional financing. Any advice? Doesn't seem like the property's income itself matters to these lenders.
