Is there a good spreadsheet on BP or that someone has that has a lot of this layed out, where you could plug in your numbers for cost of materials and cost of labor?

Joe Ciano, see my PM, I will be there on 3/12.

Ibrahim S, I plan on picking your brain a lot, so dinner should be no problem at the Mickey D's Dollar Menu... LOL!

Joe Ciano & Chris Masons, I think Ibrahim S is going too, this will be fun. I am arriving on a flight late Thursday night and leaving late Saturday night. So Friday night is really my only option to get together, besides at the summit itself.

I also want to meet Michael Quarles, so hopefully I can treat him to dinner or something at the very least, since I am the lucky winner of a contest he ran here on BP.

Welcome to BP, Joe! If you want to get started come meetup at the Tri-State mixer on the 12th. I am out that way you plan on living so maybe we can get together for a brew or coffee!

See you in Denver too!

How would that work with a VA that is out of the country? Can they somehow place calls (skype?), and not have excessive phone charges?

Just an FYI, in most states to get access to the MLS, you have to join NAR which means being a REALTOR, where-as a real estate agent is a state thing. Both have ethics and standards, but NAR is more geared towards ethical treatment of other agents and clients (this is to protect the sharing of information on the MLS). Most major Brokerages require you to join NAR, so stick to the smaller firms.

My old firm in NC, (had to join NAR) had a nice pay structure of $35 per month and $299 per closing (including E&O), and you keep 100%.
