Not trying to hi-jack the thread, but...

How does that work with the phone bill charges?

Stephen Dillard You need to consult with your broker.

I just took the NJ test, and I am pretty sure even as an RE salesperson, you have too.

Also note, in most places to get access to the MLS, you need to be a REALTOR, which means fees to the NAR. I say most because sometimes the MLS is a separate entity than being a member of NAR, but usually they go hand in hand. On rare occasion you will be granted MLS access without being in NAR.

Also keep in mind, being RE licensed in any state, is different than taking membership to NAR, which is a separate organization that controls most MLS boards and has higher standards than a state licensed Real Estate agent. (at least according to them)

Just remember, Disclose, disclose, disclose!

Clear as mud, right?

Joshua Dorkin, he is talking about the presentation from Shawn Watkins and Angel Bronsgeest, which IMHO, was the best and most interesting.

Deborah McCarthy, what's a fair fee? I thought I saw J Scott mention $40 on another thread.

$50 seems fair, would that include something in writing? (not to hold the contractor too, but more for negotians with homeowner)

Don't worry some day you will get it back from me when I use your yellow letters! Hopefully soon, just need the profit from one deal before I can roll out campaigns like you have!

BTW, thanks for the check, it arrived today!

You going to roll this franchise out to NJ?

Michael Quarles

Hope it did not cost you too much money, but I dialed the 1 800 sell 4 cash, and I was starting to think I had the wrong number, it was like 8 to 10 rings before someone picked up. (just said I had the wrong #)

Is that part of the 1-800-SELL-4-CASH, cash system? Is that your system or someone else's?

Great stuff, and stuff I need Michael Quarles.

Will you be posting your source for these leads?

I think I know where this list is coming from.
