I believe that be rolled into a Self-Directed IRA? Then you can use that to purchase properties.

I added 1 pic of Rich Weese, wet back after Kendall the waiter spilled several glasses of water all over his back. (along with 2 videos)

Kind of reminded me, of when the winning coach gets soaked with a tub of water, luckily it missed his head and just went all down his back.

I think Josh made this thread for them...

I have that one of you Rich Weese, (all watered down!) but having trouble getting it on, will do it later at home!

I was torn between attending so many, but I really enjoyed the most was the "Kitchen Conversations, how to get to YES", with @Angel Bronsgeest and @Shawn Watkins, I really love role playing, ad-lib no scripts style.

I also enjoyed @Michael Zuber's presentation, along with Rich Weese!

For me wanting to start with wholesaling, I found the knowledge passed on by @Ryan Webber and @Aaron Mazzrillo incredible!

Incredible event Joshua Dorkin, it was a pleasure meeting you, your Mom and Mom-in-Law! It was interesting to find you out you are a fellow "Long Islander" or should I say "lawn-guyland-er"!

Thanks for all you and your family/friends did. BTW, if you need help next year, I will be glad too, I can stuff things or whatever!

I am still coming down from the "Rocky Mountain" high and excitement this event has left me in! I have been to other non-real estate conferences/summits, but the comoradre and shared knowledge was just unbelievable. To not be pitched anything felt great too.

There were so many great presenters there and that was only half of them, that I could see! (can't wait to hear the other half!) Being a beginning investor, I know I am that much closer to starting off on the correct foot! I want to thank Joshua Dorkin for putting this together, I feel blessed to be able to go to the inaugural event! I know I can get my business off to a great start, but all this would not be possible if not for the incredible genorisity of Michael Quarles, who ran a contest here on BP and allowed several of us to attend. Without people like him & Josh, and plenty of other BP's your generosity and knowledge have rocked my world! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Hey Jake,

Obviously you were there and felt the underlying tone and feel, I would tend to lean on your side on this one.

I would take it to the local board, but only if I had the conversation taped, because the last thing you would want is "he said/she said"!

Hi Ben,

That is great. I am new around here, so I am just taking a stab, but I would say at 65% of 125k (lowest comp) is 81k, then I backed out 30k for repairs, I come in closer to 51k. So to me your MAO should be around 52k?
