drywall rates

Posted

what are you paying per sheet, for hanging, taping, finishing???

Is there ANY hope of finding someone who pro finishes drywall after already hung and first coat of tape/mud??? You know those that mud at speed of light.

I CAN do it but feel like I am moving at warp snail speed. Lots of other things I wish to be doing. Plus I am not as good as pro's. BU"T",,,,,

My concern also is to hire someone who is fast and GOOD. Not leaving it rough as a cob and say thats good enough for who its for. I knew a pro carpenter who thought he did good work,,,could see every tape seam and every nail hole for 30 years till somebody fixes them. A 'BAD' tape job is worse than none.

What would you expect to pay for good fast work?????

Good luck getting that in the door/window. :)
