Hey @Mike Cumbie

Sooo I had no clue that postal rates were different for postcards.  Thank you very much, I will research that right now.

& the reason I was putting them in envelopes is because I thought it made it look more personable and would make someone curious.  Maybe that psychological approach is a little off

Thanks a lot though about the postal costs

Hello everyone,

Being that I'm a newer wholesaler, when purchasing a list from list source... would it be wise that I buy a list of people with 100% equity to make things a little easier?

The first list I bought of about 250 Absentees Owners had the equity criteria set at          30%-100%

thank you all kindly

@Stephen Nicholson

Thanks... Yes I have no choice but to do it myself, at least for now.  Someday I'll hand it over to a specialist.

Have a great day!

Hello everyone, I got my first pieces of returned mail today in my PO box and I'm wondering what I should go with those specific addresses on my spreadsheet. Do I just cross them out and be done with them? Or is there something that people usually do with them? Thank you very much.

Hey @Sean OToole

You definitely have a point.  the verbiage would be completely different for a person with 10 houses vs someone with 1.

thanks a lot sir!

Lol Ouch @Kris Haskins

So basically people aren't mailing their own pieces anymore?  The main reason I'm doing it myself was because of the budget.  Would you recommend that I just do what my budget allows but through a mailer online?

Thank you @Chris Reedfor explaining it.  That makes tremendous sense.  I guess it just depends on your ultimate goal whether to do this strategy or not.

Now that I think about it though... if you are in that specific position to advance your portfolio to bigger and better investments it would be a no brainer.

Thanks again.

Hey there @James Messa

Have you been wholesaling in the Houston area for awhile?
