Listsource list with 100% equity only?

Hello everyone,

Being that I'm a newer wholesaler, when purchasing a list from list source... would it be wise that I buy a list of people with 100% equity to make things a little easier? 

The first list I bought of about 250 Absentees Owners had the equity criteria set at          30%-100%
