This might be a weird question but, When you say "hold strategies with a 3-5 year window" what does that mean?

You are right about BP being an educational GEM.  You can find everything here that you would learn after paying who knows what to the gurus out there. 

I'm in Houston and focusing on Wholesaling as well.  Done a few marketing campaigns so far but no deals yet.  I'm just going to stay consistent and keep on pushin!

There are a few good meet ups here in Houston as well.  The one I go to is at Pub Fiction downtown one Thursday out of every month.  It's awesome being around like minded people in your city.

I have a quick question regarding duplicates on a listsource list.

So I purchased an Absentee list a month ago and when I purchased it I made sure to click the duplicate button before the purchase.  Now looking at the list harder I see that I have a few of the same names on there but different mailing addresses.  Should I just go ahead and send my marketing piece to both addresses even though they are the exact same name?  They are very unique names too, not like a John Smith or anything so I know it's the same person.

@Jonathan Bonck is right about the meet ups at Pub Fiction Thursday each month.  I'm new to investing outside of owning 3 vacant lots and just started focusing on wholesaling about 2 months ago here in the Houston area.  If you ever need assistance with anything, a helping hand or wouldn't mind someone tagging along anything Real Estate related I'm your guy!  I'm trying to learn as much as possible while searching for my first deal on a fairly small budget.  Have a great day man!
