Who are these FSBO sellers?

How would you go about finding For Sale By Owner sellers? I have tried FSBO.com, Military by owner and a few other sites, but most of the listings are still done by agents.

I am trying to learn more about the motivations and goals of these sellers in my area and figured the experienced wholesalers would have some good ideas.
