Selling Arizona Land - Long Distance
I own land in AZ but I don't live there. I've been contacted by someone who wants to buy the land. She wants to go through her own title company and have me sign remotely through docusign. What am I missing? Do I need a lawyer or can I rely on the title company that I will get the money? What should I do to protect myself and make sure I get the funds?
