Hi Michael! I am a huge fan of out of state investing and Long Distance Real Estate Investing was one of the first books I read before I built my portfolio in Cleveland. One of the strategies I used was working with a couple of turnkey companies and getting started in a mid-west market. I would love to connect and help out so feel free to reach out.

Hi Keith! Welcome to Bigger Pockets! Are you set on the Greensboro market? There are a lot of cash flow heavy markets in the country so if you are still researching on a market, I would love to connect and see if Cleveland is a market you would be interested in. Feel free to reach out.

Hi Adriano! You can just create an account on apartments.com and set up the lease dates and the tenant information on the portal. You can upload the existing lease on there and work with the tenant to create an account and set up payment through the portal as well. It's a free service and works well for all my units. Good luck!

Hi Moises, I have worked with a couple of turnkey companies and have had a really good experience with them. They helped get started in the Maple heights, OH market and that helped me build confidence in building my portfolio. I would love to connect and see if I can possibly add value to your investing journey if you are stuck. Feel free to reach out.

Hi Ruchit! Welcome to Bigger Pockets! Out of state investing is one of the best ways to get started at a lower price point and scale your portfolio. I reside in Northern Virginia but my portfolio is set up in Cleveland. I would love to chat and see if I can add value to your goals.

Hi Elvise, I am also based in Northern Virginia and have most of my portfolio set up in Cleveland. I used the long distance real estate investing book as the guide to buy properties in that market and I would love to connect with you and see if I can add value to your goals.
