New Investor eager to learn and take action!
Hello everyone this is my first time posting on BiggerPockets, but I've been a supporter for a while now! I'm a 27 year old Registered Nurse from Long Island who is looking to start his REI career having saved up some money. After listening to many podcasts/reading numerous books to better prepare my self, I've narrowed my current area of focus to house hacking or SFH in the area. As you know our market is quite expensive, so any advice/direction would be greatly appreciated. Also I'd love to chat and connect with people in the Long Island NY area!
