Hi Reinier, I am a huge fan of out of state investing and Long Distance Real Estate Investing was one of the first books I read before I built my portfolio in Cleveland. One of the strategies I used was working with a couple of turnkey companies and getting started in a mid-west market. I would love to connect and help out so feel free to reach out.

LLC is basically asset protection so you can get that by purchasing an umbrella policy which will protect your personal assets as well as your investments. Hope this helps!

Hi Wendy! I would love to have a conversation about investing in turnkey properties if that interests you. There are some really good companies that you will find on these forums and it is one of the best ways to get started in real estate in one of the midwest markets.

Feel free to reach out and we can chat in detail!

Hi German!!! I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties. There are also abundant opportunities for small multi family and SFH. I have been able to scale up to 12 doors in 2 years so definitely recommend this area. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss.

At the moment, I am not buying in Cleveland because we have deployed a lot of capital in stabilizing our multi family assets but I still think there is abundant opportunity in Cleveland.

Hi Ravi, I have worked with a couple of turnkey companies and have had a really good experience with them. They helped get started in the Maple heights, OH market and that helped me build confidence in building my portfolio. I would love to connect and see if I can possibly add value to your investing journey if you are stuck. Feel free to reach out.
