Taxes well who knows, typically with democrats taxes tend to go up but honestly with current Covid numbers and the issues with transition of power I just don't thing increasing taxes will be a priority in 2021. (But for sure APR in the year 2030 will be like 50% so we can pay back all the money given out in 6 months of 2020)

 Interesting! Time will tell

The Rice university/ Medical center area is a good market but very expensive to buy a small multifamily. Can anyone suggest great affordable sub-market for investment. I am prepared to look outside of Houston too.

Glacia I can help with this.

Thankfully we have a two party system that balances itself out and the president does not solely call the shots.

 Smart contribution!

@Victor Yap Great advise you have received here. Nothing is personal in business and always go for what is best for YOU.

Be courteous not to burn the bridge though.

Goodluck my friend

Hey Guys,

Due to popular demand, I am considering to resume our Spring Real Estate Investor Meetup Group in December 2020.

I will like to know if you are interested so we can plan accordingly.

We typically use Spring as our location but we can revise this location to make sure it is convenient for majority.

I will also create the link and send out the RSVP link later this month.

For now, just comment. "I'm Interested"

Due to COVID concerns, ALL attendees will be required to wear face mask. We will also limit the number of attendees as appropriate.

Thank you

I won't pay any fee upfront. If the lender is legit, why the rush?

@Mitch Messer and @Priscilla Gomez If Rice village is too expensive, then I will suggest you look into Southwest Houston or anywhere within 30mins drive to Houston Downtown.

Katy, Cypress, Humble, Sugarland etc also have better prices and great return on your investment.

Traveling Health Care Professional with still live there if the price is right and well furnished. My wife is a Nurse and I have an Idea of what Nurses are looking for in a short-term rental.

Give me a call if you need help so we can take this discussion offline.

I am happy to help.

Goodluck!
