Want to find my next deal

Shane Burnett
Posted

Hey BP. Been a member for a bit, but first post.

I have one rental that I own outright. I am in the Spring, TX / North Houston area. I want to be able to use all that equity to get my next deal/deals. Since I have only have 1 property now, I am not sure if a portfolio loan would be correct option to go with. I want to get 3-4 more properties. I have my eye on 3 SFH properties all for sale by the same owner, but do require a bit of work to make liveable. I am also looking at a 4 plex that is for sale, but needs a lot of work.

My question: Can anyone recommend a bank in the Spring TX or North Houston area that would allow me to do a cash out refi on my rental property and provide a mortage/mortgages for the properties I am looking at?
