Investment property selling

Hello,

I live in Wa, have an inactive real estate license that I want to hang for buying and selling my own personal property. I read another post from Timothy Tooker agent in Wa that said, “ If you are just interested in doing your own houses and maybe helping other investors, BP can teach you what you need to know.” What is BP?

Any suggestions as to brokerages in Clark county that would have low fees and be willing to help with the selling process? I have not used my license yet, so I am green and would need to be walked through the process. I have 1 home I want to sell and another in the possible near future. Thank you for any help or advice.
