New member from Tampa, FL. Specializing in mobile home parks and multi-family investments
Hi,
My name is Kevin Bupp from Tampa, FL. I've been investing for 14+ years and currently specialize in mobile home parks and multi-family properties. I also currently own multiple SFR's, office, and other commercial properties.
I'm excited to be a part of the bigger pockets community and looking forward to networking with other like minded people.
I also host a weekly real estate podcast called "Real Estate Investing for Cash Flow" which focuses on owning/operating multi-family and commercial real estate investments with a primary focus of building a large monthly cash flowing business.
I love helping others achive success and look forward to becoming a more active member here on BP.
Cheers!
Kevin Bupp
Wow, small world. I listen to your podcast regularly, great info and it's inspired me to look into MHPs in my area. Welcome aboard Kevin!
Hey @Kevin Bupp ,
Welcome to Bigger Pockets. I have listened to your podcasts and thought they were quite interesting. You and John Fedro were the first people to change my mind regarding mobile homes.
Hope you enjoy your stay here and check out some of the blogs and podcasts. There is a ton of good information here.

@Kevin Bupp welcome to the site.
@Kevin Bupp Welcome to BP!
I've was briefly active in the mobile home segment up here in TN some years ago, and I continue to be interested in that area.
All the uncertainty regarding regulations caused me to focus elsewhere, but it might be time to take another look, especially now that I've got a toe in the FL market.
Cheers,
John
welcome. I actually just came across your podcast this morning. Haven't listened as of yet but will be sure to do so.
Hi @Kevin Bupp
Welcome to the Biggerpockets community. Glad to have someone with so much experience in mobile home communities and multi-family investments here with us. I haven't heard of your podcast but will likely listen in.
Are your mobile home communities located solely in FL?
Additionally, thanks for the shout out @Doug Merriott Glad to have helped you out in any way.
All the best and talk soon,
John Fedro
@Kevin Bupp I recently found your podcast on iTunes. I love interviews and information that I am getting from each show.
Thank you for information and inspiration.
I'm here because of your podcast. You mentioned bigger pockets at some point which lead me to check out the BP site.
I honestly feel that I have learned more from your shows than anywhere else. Your info and guest interviews are gold. I encourage everyone to listen to each and every one of your episodes.
I'm slowly working toward my first property. Thanks for the education!
@Gabriel Meerzo,

Howdy @Kevin Bupp! Someone actually asked me about mobile home parks today here in St. Pete. I'd be interested to hear what your experience has been so far looking for some, I don't really know a lot about them. The multi-family side seems to be pretty competitive here but there are definitely areas that look good depending on how far away you're willing to buy.
