Hi, could you recommend an engineer in Pennsylvania (Reading Metro).

We are in process of connecting to the public sewer and our current engineer is not able to finish the project.

@Moshe Wolfe what are you trying to do?

Different CRMs are for different fits better for different purposes.

For example, for real estate agents I always recommend ActiveCampaing. However, if you need task management system as well, pipedrive is the simplest one.

@Ken Rishel I have the same question. I will go to the auction anyway just for the experience.

Can you recommend a broker specialized in MHP industry and licensed in PA?

@Bill F.

I know the are very well because I own a park 30 minutes from this property.

They require 10% down at the action and 60 days to pay the rest. I can get phase I inspection and financing in 60 days. However, if phase I shows something bad I might loose $100k.

The market value of the property $1.2-1.4mm

Hi. I just received a listing 40 lots MHP on public utilities in great area. However, they will not allow to do Phase I inspection and they have reserve price.

Just curious about the following:

  1. Can they set the reserve price higher than the market value?
  2. How hard is to finance the property from Auction?
  3. How can you do or request on site DD?

I don’t know how you buy without appraisal or environmental contingency? Thoughts?
