Clayton Morris Loses $7.2 Million Lawsuit against HoltonWiseTV

Clayton Morris Loses $7.2 Million Lawsuit against HoltonWiseTV

For all of you who've been following the case between myself and internationally shamed real estate dunce Clayton Morris, I've got some great news. His attempts to silence me and by proxy all of his victims who've been telling their stories on my show have failed. Today we won the case. The judge has dismissed his entire $7.2 Million lawsuit with prejudice.

I will post some additional information on this case throughout the day. The biggest take away here is that this case has set a major legal president. The judge has made it very clear that Clayton Morris and his legal team led by Wilmer Hale attorney's Louis W. Tompros and Christa J. Laser cannot try to silence Clayton's victims with legal battles like they attempted to do with me.

As many of you may have already seen I've got an additional video coming out this month with new information from another one of Clayton Morris's victims. It features new evidence that we've never seen before has Clayton Morris DEAD TO RIGHTS stealing money from this man. No question about it. Clayton Morris is caught RED HANDED.

With this win all of you who've been reaching out to me and my team with your stories who've been too afraid to go on camera and get your information out to the public no longer need to fear a legal attack from Clayton Morris and his highly paid attorneys. Now is the time for all of you to go on the record and speak your truth. Tell your story and do not let this piece of crap Clayton Morris get away with trying to silence any of you any longer.

Na, I don't think that's necessary. If Clayton Morris goes looking for another *** whoopin in Federal Court, I've got no problem giving it to him.

I think you're right. Very unlikely we hear anything else in relation to Clayton Morris suing me or my company again. I think Clayton, like most of us knows when it's time to stop poking the bear. The issue was, when this whole thing started between me and Clayton he thought he was the bear...He. Was. Wrong.

    While a great Victory!!! -

Dismissed with prejudice means that they can't attempt to reopen the case before that trial court. They can appeal though if the attorneys want to continue making money, I mean can convince him that he has an appellate case ( which it seems is highly illogical). But, his ego might drive him on.

Na. At the Wise household we're currently on day 3 of a 14 day sleep training program for our 7 month old. Lil guy has been having trouble getting some Z's. On a side note if anyone's got a lil one with the same issue I recommend Taking Cara Babies. Thus far, it seems pretty legit.

I did make some dank memes though.

I'm still kinda surprised he managed to get someone from Wilmer Hale to take that turd of a case, given how well known their name is and the public exposure of getting smacked down + dismissed before it even starts.

Riiiight. Clayton's supposed big shot attorney Louis W. Tompros even had some media coverage on the case. Jenna Greene, the so called "reporter" of the article linked below never contacted me for a comment on this story and I tweeted her a few times after they released it....Never heard a peep from her. Shortly thereafter they stopped with the press releases. I would assume because it didn't go down how they expected.

Now hold on a damn second here. Clayton Morris is being depicted as a Real Estate Guru in the media???

Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa. Coach? Maybe. Mentor? Maybe. Assistant? Maybe. Guru??? C'mon.

If Clayton can file suit against you for telling the truth, what about the media getting in trouble for telling lies??? LOL.

It's ok. I know that's not how the world works.

Good Grief. Not only does this guy use his television fame to sucker investors, his media buddies help him do it.

Bravo Mr Wise, bravo. Considering the way the world actually works, I was worried for you. I guess your lawyers knew better. Bravo to them as well. I hope whatever you spent comes back nkind - you deserve it if it does. At the very least drinks are on me if we ever meet.

The court findings were a good read. Very interesting to see how courts view things. Based on their findings, it is even more evident that the intent of the lawsuit was never to win, but an attempt to scare you into silence.

    What a scumbag.
