I think it will because it appeals to people that live out of state.

@Wei Jie Yang I view appreciation as an added bonus. I would not buy a property in Cleveland with the expectation that it will appreciate.

@Kyle Smith born and raised in Cleveland. East Cleveland is considered very rough. It was nice when I was a kid; however, I would beware.

@Bryce Renicker if it does not cash flow, I do not think it is worth the risk. I must cash flow from the beginning.

@Jayden Hamilton I would use a system to incentivize them to pay the way you want. If they want to pay in cash there will be a fee added to that charge. Therefore you put the ball into their court.

I’m from Cleveland and I would encourage you to do your due diligence. This has not always been the best area.
