Unexpected medical bills, chronic illness, catastrophic emergency and more are the leading causes of foreclosure. 

The responses are usually filled with ill-informed opinions. 

Formal bid has not beed drawn up yet, so maybe Ill be surprised.I factored in the ceiling sheetrock, mud, and insulation in a separate estimate, paint and texture in another.

Interior Design is the most exciting part of the process for me so ill leave that for last.

Im humble guy dont need much plan is ill take a 1bed 1bath.

So, I need your help with compiling a reference sheet to include the resources that Ill need once I purchase an investment property in Atlanta (I live in Cali).

I am just wondering weather I should stay in a bad area saving more and just not use the loans and pay with straight cash or get out and get something sooner with a little debt. either way ill graduate as long as I keep my **** together studies wise ill keep my good grades and graduate on time so far my lowest test score is 88.5 percent and highest is 101 percent.

That is why I would love to buy since I know ill be in the same area vs. wasting rent for 5 yrs.
