Hi y'all! I have over 300k in student debt from undergrad and grad school. Do you think it will be possible to get a loan? After I graduate in June I will have to stay at the same job for minimum 5 years to continue my training. That is why I would love to buy since I know ill be in the same area vs. wasting rent for 5 yrs. Any thoughts or advice or experiences or criticisms are welcome. Thanks!!
