Foreclosures I want to know how to talk to people correctly

I am a beginner in foreclosures

My job is to basically call the people on the list and tell them I’m interested and see if there is any mutual interest

It has gone horribly so far

Most of them hate my guts and curse me out

I’m not offended but I want to find a way to be the one because every Single person I talk to doesn’t want to talk to me(almost)

Some of them are nice and say loan modification but how do I at least get my foot in the door to make them a offer. If anybody can please offer me any sales advice how to speak to them a script something I would truly appreciate it

Khalid, the first thing to know is that these owners have been through a horrible experience - and, most likely, more than one.  Unexpected medical bills, chronic illness, catastrophic emergency and more are the leading causes of foreclosure.  And, by the time the filing becomes public, they are bombarded with unsolicited lowball offers, people claiming to be offering loan modifications and credit, lawyers, real estate agents - and you.  People are knocking on their doors and their mail goes from fitting into a box to not.

So-o-o, how do you differentiate yourself from everyone else?  Aren't you trying to benefit from their demise too?  That's how they will see it.

Try empathy. What would you want someone to say to you if you were in their position? You'll have about 20 seconds to do so before they either hang up or decide you're different.

It's not ever going to be easy...but there are people who have found a niche doing just this.

Bottom line:Be who you would want calling you.
