Just the beginning

Hello everyone!

I am a recent finance graduate looking to break into REI. I have spent countless hours reading and researching the basics but now I am ready to begin doing. My goal is to begin by wholesaling in order to build some capital and then move into more of a buy and hold strategy. I live in the Orlando, FL are and would like to begin here and slowly branch out. I believe my initial issue is getting out there in the REI community in order to begin finding deals. Any advice you have of how to actually get started would be greatly appreciated.
