As a broker, I work a huge area personally, but because of my networking, I know people in the field in other cities and states, and will always call them to ask for a referral if one of my clients is looking for someone in their area. 

I'm a full time Petroleum Field Service Technician for a private company/contractor and via the recommendation of the book 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' from a colleague, I've become extremely interested in investing.

BP,I am a freshman in college and have been assigned to write on a controversy in the field of my future career.

While in the trenches, I've gained a ton of field experience and managed to build a group of contractors and vendors that are now my own personal go-to team for rehabs.I came across the BP community a few weeks ago, while I was doing some online research, and soon after decided that I'd like to be on the other end of the investment field: I want to do my own deals!

I'm looking to team up with one or two people to get this new investment career started.

I am an special education teacher and I enjoy my career.

I'm also new to REI, and also in the IT field.

I keep reminding myself I'm still learning a lot  and the more I can educate myself the better career I can make of real estate investing.

I've been wanting to start looking farther north just because there seems to be more opportunities than down here, but I don't really want to take on anything that far away at this point in my RE career.
