I'm a newbie looking to get started in the Philly area. I live in NE Philly. I'm looking to team up with one or two people to get this new investment career started. I have contacts in the construction field if work is needed on a house. I'm looking to use other people's money, and not use my savings. I have done a lot of reading and watched many of the podcasts and webinars. I'm ready to get started on this. I would like to invest in multi family units and flips, if a nice deal comes up.
