Newbie from St. Louis, MO/Washington, DC
Good Morning! I currently reside in Washington, DC but am originally from St. Louis, MO. I am more so interested in investing in the St. Louis area. I am an special education teacher and I enjoy my career. I am looking to create a separate cash flow and slowly build wealth. I don't want to get stuck in the cycle of working working working. I have several girlfriends that have had success in the St. Louis area (investing in homes and commercial properties). I would like to begin with single family homes and eventually venture into multi-family and commercial real estate.
What I am looking for on here is really just a place to start my real estate education. I would really appreciate any guidance on where to begin (i.e. blog posts, forums to read, etc). There is such a wealth of information and its difficult (and intimidating lol) to no where to start, but what I have read so far has been helpful already. Thank you!

@Rodricka Elliott congratulations on not wanting to work work work haha most people go their entire life without learning there is something more out there than work. If you don't want to become overwhelmed I would suggest starting with the free guides under the education tab. Good luck, and feel free to reach out if you need anything :)
