Broker/project manager/new investor in Southern California

Hello All!

I'm super excited to be on BP, ready to mix and mingle with other investors and professionals. I am a licensed broker and also mortgage loan originator. I have been working in real estate for over a decade, but have been heavily focused on the "fix and flip/buy and hold" market for the last 5 years.

I've mainly spent these last few years working as a project manager for an investment firm and several private investors. While in the trenches, I've gained a ton of field experience and managed to build a group of contractors and vendors that are now my own personal go-to team for rehabs.

I came across the BP community a few weeks ago, while I was doing some online research, and soon after decided that I'd like to be on the other end of the investment field: I want to do my own deals! I'm hoping to be able to do just that with a little help from my new friends here on BP!
