Building a list can be done with ads on Facebook, Instagram, bandit signs, Craigslist, Google ads, referrals, and so on...knowing the demographics of your local area and what they can afford is really important and will direct which homes you can bring into your parks. 

There is plenty of free material on the web.  

We have some web sites in mind that we would like to use.  

I've searched the web for a method for regularly checking my numbers and so far haven't come up with much.

I message them when they check out, and on Instagram if they follow my page.

For example, our STR is called Woodhaven Cabin and you'll find that in the title and description on Airbnb and also on our Instagram.

If you are able to make a trip up to this area I would recommend just driving around the area looking for signs as many are unlisted on the web.

First, check the county's web site.

Most meet once monthly and can be found easily with a search of BP or the web.
