Insurance clients - how to communicate off platform
I received an inquiry for a 2-3 month stay on airbnb from a guest who hd a fire at their home last night. A tip I got from an MTR course I’m enrolled in is to get the conversation off platform so I can communicate directly with the guest and their insurance adjuster and submit a proposal that way. Have any of you done this? What do you say to take it off platform? I spelled out my phone number on airbnb messaging so as not to have it blocked by airbnb, but I understand that may seem suspicious to the guest.
