Creating and Tracking Your Deal Funnel
Hi everyone! I'm a new investor who has partnered with another investor to purchase small multi-family and single family properties. I am a licensed realtor so I have unfettered access to the MLS. That being said, my business partner and I are trying to construct our deal funnel. We have some web sites in mind that we would like to use.
Two Questions:
How do you systemize your deal-flow beyond using an agent? (since I am an agent)
What system do you use to track potential deals? (I use the BP calculator to analyze because it's so quick now after analyzing over 100 deals)
Thanks in advance, and best of luck in your investing careers!
