Lutsen Area Lots - Build STVR Cabin
I'm looking to purchase a lot in the Lutsen area to build a modern cabin on and rent out on AirBnB. I haven't had much luck in finding lots/land that will allow STVRs because of HOA restrictions. Hoping to stay within a 10-15 minute drive from Lutsen Mountains, specifically like Tofte or Lutsen. Does anyone have recommendations for finding buildable lots on or off market in the area? Feel free to reach out with any recommendations.
