Foreclosure listings website

I am thinking of getting a paid membership at foreclosure.com (not an advertisement!). I am curious, do any other members here use this website (or a similar one) to find foreclosure/bankruptcy filings? If so, how often do you find yourself following the leads found on the site and ultimately end up purchasing properties listed?

Has anyone found it to be a waste of money? Any sites ripoffs?
