I'm setting a campaign for about 8,000 pieces a month and about 800 of the absentee properties go to an owner with a PO Box for their mailing address.

I'm still trying to decide what type of marketing campaign to start out with.

Just base your campaign around that model, and watch the people who will call of visit your website.

I am looking to launch my direct mail campaign as of this time.  

Most direct mail posts I've read are related to mass campaigns were the copy is written to get the biggest amount of hits and connect with the average person.

Id like to re-invest that $700 into a direct marketing campaign.I must be doing something incorrectly...looking to download some related podcast as I will be driving quite a bit this weekend, when I search BP for Direct Marketing, or Yellow Letters nothing (0) comes up on the left side bar for Podcast...I know there has to be a half dozen or so...how do I determine what show numbers are focused on Direct marketing campaigns? 

I'm going to find the site and then we'll work together (using his in place infrastructure) to build a new home.I'm planning to do a direct mail campaign every 3 months for the next year, targeted at all the homes I've identified in the neighborhood as good rebuild candidates.  

I"m wondering if there are any agents here who have committed to a direct mail campaign over the long term and what type of results you have seen?
