Direct Marketing -- Yellow Letters

While I am not a seasoned pro since joining BP I have acted and secured a duplex as well as a vacation rental.  The vacation home I am still working on but the duplex provides $700 net net (after all expenses mortgage included).  Id like to re-invest that $700 into a direct marketing campaign.

I must be doing something incorrectly...looking to download some related podcast as I will be driving quite a bit this weekend, when I search BP for Direct Marketing, or Yellow Letters nothing (0) comes up on the left side bar for Podcast...I know there has to be a half dozen or so...how do I determine what show numbers are focused on Direct marketing campaigns?  I am sure this is something simple but...
