If you can swing it, do the pro basic membership, as it allows you to connect with more colleagues, though it's not necessary, it is the best value you will find from any site.

As far as time to do a septic, I can do a septic in one long day from start to finish if all materials were on site and inspections werent necessary but that is never going to happen.

I have recently read quite a few article on this site and others about using lease to own contracts as a vehicle to get started.
