Hello All,

Thought I would join in on the conversation in the new members area.

I am relatively new investor. We just bought our first house in downtown Colorado Springs (wish I would have found BP.com before we bought). My parents have always have mutli-family unit growing up and now it's time to join in on the "Family" business.

During the day I am project manager for a web development company that specialized in the Drupal (an open source CMS if you aren't familiar). If you have any question about web development/design feel free to shoot them my way.

I joined BP.com to learn the trade and network with a few local members.

PS: love the Podcasts.

Cheers,
-Jeremy
