Greetings all,

My name is Daniel, I'm currently a homeowner in Brooklyn NY. I have been renting out the top unit of my house for nearly 2 years. I'm 27 years old and I've been researching different ways to get into real estate investments. Primarily, I'm interested in wholesaling along with fix and flipping. Im looking for more insight and possibly meeting real estate investors who wouldn't mind sharing their experiences and providing valuable advice.
